Statement of IntentThis Statement of Intent is the Centrelink CEO's response to the Minister for Human Services's Statement of Expectations. The Uhrig Review into the governance of bodies like Centrelink suggested that the CEOs of statutory agencies use 'Statements of Intent' to respond to their Ministers, and outline "how the authority intends to undertake its operations, and how its approach to operations will be consistent with the Statement of Expectations". Centrelink's Statement of Intent outlines how Centrelink proposes to meet the expectations of government, including the identification of key performance indicators, between 1 July 2007 and 30 June 2008.
