Logon to online services

To logon to online services, select the logon button at the right of your screen.

Once you logon, you will need to:

  • enter your Customer Access Number (CAN) and password
  • answer one of your secret questions to verify who you are
  • choose the options that best meet your needs from a personalised menu.

You are required to provide five secret questions and answers when you register for online services. These are used to increase protection over your personal and sensitive information. You will need to correctly answer a secret question when you logon and if you need to reset your password.

Your security

To protect the security of your personal information you must:

  • log off from your session correctly each time you use online services
  • change your password regularly.
